CAN I REPRINT MY LABEL OR OBTAIN MOBILE CODE AGAIN?
Yes! Please be sure you have already registered your return here. To reprint your label or obtain your Mobile Return Code, please visit your order status page here and enter your order number and zip code. Follow the appropriate links to access your label or return confirmation page with QR code. This page will also allow you to track or cancel your return when needed.
WHERE IS MY RETURN?
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you once your return is accepted. This process can take up to 15 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
While exchanges are not offered, we are able to offer returns for store credit which allows you to place a new order faster than waiting for a refund to your original payment method. Register your return here and when prompted for your refund method, choose Gift Card/Store Credit. The fastest return method is to drop off and once your item(s) are scanned at the return counter you visit, your credit will be immediately issued and emailed to you.
CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to support@isa-uae.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a refund by logging into https://isa-uae.com/policies/refund-policy. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, please allow one to two business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 15 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

CAN I CHANGE ADDRESS INFORMATION ON MY CURRENT ORDER?
ISA orders begin processing as soon as submitted and typically cannot be stopped or changed. However, once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct any address information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. Please note that modifying addresses or shipping methods can significantly impact the delivery processing time(s) and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.

WHAT IS MY ISA BRA SIZE?
How should my bra fit?
The ideal fit is when the band lies straight, around the front and back of the body. The center of the bra lies flat against the breastbone, separating the breasts. The underwires should not cut or poke into the breast tissue and the sides of your bra should lie smoothly without binding or cutting.

Care instructions for my ISA bra?
• Hand wash is ideal, do this when you can
• If you cannot hand wash, a mesh lingerie bag should be used in the washing machine
• Always hang to dry. Dryers break down elastic and can cause cups to become deformed
• When storing, avoid folding one cup into the other. This causes creases and the edge of the cup to flip outward and breaks down the overall shape of your bra
